Learn to Breathe, to Heal Yourself and Your Relationships

How you breathe impacts your stress, sleep, anxiety, and even your relationships. In this transformative session, Max shares his 30 years of expertise in teaching breathwork around the world.
You’ll learn simple but highly effective breathing techniques to help ease anxiety, depression, grief, and sleep issues.
This workshop includes a lecture, accessible breathing exercises, and a guided meditation.

Topics include:

  • Breathing patterns to address anxiety, sleep disorders, and depression

  • When to breathe through the mouth versus the nose

  • How to expand the chest and abdomen correctly

Strength, Grace, and Healing

Release built-up tension from your upper body — and feel lighter, calmer, and more centered.
This session focuses on opening the shoulders and neck through Max’s signature Inner Axis yoga method, combining mindful movement with emotional well-being.
Class includes a short talk, Inner Axis practice, breathing patterns, non-dogmatic philosophy, and meditation.
(No prior yoga experience necessary.)

Sunday Morning | 10:00 – 12:00

Some Doors Open Only from the Inside

2 hours · Breathwork and Lecture · All levels

There are moments when we must go beyond theory — when healing begins from the inside.
Through transformative breathwork, you’ll experience emotional release and profound inner clarity, helping you manage stress, depression, anxiety, and unresolved emotions.
This workshop includes standing and seated breathing exercises, plus a short lecture. Please bring writing materials.
(Not recommended during pregnancy.)
